Keith is a problem-solver by nature and brings that mindset to his role as owner of ShelfGenie of Pensacola - Panama City. Before he and his wife, Jennifer, relocated from Northern Michigan to Crestview to be closer to family, Keith built a career as a design engineer, operations manager, and business improvement analyst. Keith was drawn to ShelfGenie for its high-quality products and for its practical, customized approach to solving everyday storage frustrations. He enjoys helping customers make better use of their space through smart, accessible solutions that reduce clutter and simplify their daily routines. Whether the need is in a kitchen, pantry, bathroom, or elsewhere, Keith and his design and installation teams deliver durable, high-value solutions tailored to how each customer lives.

Working in her family’s hospitality businesses from an early age, Jenn loves assisting people and providing excellent customer service.  In late 2025 she relocated with her husband, Keith, from Northern Michigan to the Florida panhandle to be close to their kids/grandson.  An avid baker and cook, she fully appreciates a kitchen that’s well laid out and easy to use.  Most importantly, she values cutting down the time it takes to make their favorite meals and desserts so she can spend more time with her family.  She truly enjoys getting to know her local communities in the panhandle and offering a quality kitchen solution like ShelfGenie’s glide-outs, customized for each customer’s unique needs.

Casey excels at designing beautiful, functional solutions to all your storage frustrations! He loves transforming the spaces in your home that you use every day into the organized, accessible oasis you dream of. When he isn't working to enhance our clients' lives, Casey loves spending time with Bekah, his wife of 9 years, and their 4 kids. They enjoy going to sporting events and the beach together!
