Hello! My name is Caitlin and I live on a family ranch in Elizabeth. I have a background in management, 18+ years in customer service and sales, and received my MBA in 2023. I love the process of taking something that you've learned and putting it into action, mentoring and cheering other people onto success, and celebrating small wins that become big wins together. I enjoy riding horses with my family, am a wine enthusiast, and love exploring the history of everywhere I go.
