Custom Shelves in San Marcos, CA

Every aspect of this process was awesome. Jackie was very patient and worked with me to determine what exactly what I needed. Christian took measurements and installed the shelves- he was meticulous and was able to work with my not-perfectly-straight walls to ensure that everything looked flawless. The shelves are EXACTLY what I envisioned. Thank you for making this so easy!!

The whole process from start to finish was well executed, Jackie the designer answered and explained all inquiries in a professional detailed manner and followed up after the install. The installer Christian arrived on-time and explained all operations and provided detail insight concerning the product. Working with Jackie Isola and ShelfGenie of San Marocs was an amazing experience from beginning to end. We started an in home design session discussing our needs, challenges, and budget. There was no pressure as Jackie walked us through the options, benefits, and various versions to weigh the financial implications of each one. Once we selected our shelfing design, an appointment to take measurements was scheduled. Our installer and the individual taking measurements was an employee of the company and not a 3rd party contractor. Christian was the absolute best and Jackie joined him on measurement day in case we had questions. Christian, wore booties on over his shoes to protect our flooring which was a nice touch. Custom shelving can take 6 - 8 weeks to be made so we were given an estimate of the installation day. About 7 weeks later, we received notification that our shelves were ready for install. A week later and voila, we had gorgeous new custom shelving. Shelves were installed in a matter of hours and looked like they had always been a part of our pantry. It was Christian who noticed that two of our drawers were lighter than the others. There can be slight variations when choosing the premium items as it's a stained hard wood. Christian felt the color variation was too noticeable - and I hadn't even noticed it. He and Jackie went back to ShelfGenie and they agreed to remake the two drawers/shelves. 8 weeks later our replacements were installed. Sorry - I didn't take photo's of the final drawers. The point is, their quality and service is top notch. Thank you Jackie, Christian, and ShelfGenie for an amazing experience. We feel like you are trusted friends. We have more future projects that we'll call you for when the time is right. Oh, and I strongly recommend ShelfGenie of San Marcos. I'm completely happy with our new custom pantry and the amazing service we received.

I am very pleased by both the workmanship and personality of the whole team from sales to installation. There was one hiccup in the process but they were quick to rectify the issue.
