A Shelf Genie Certified Designer since January 2021, Loretta started her career in interior design by partnering with custom home builders to create and furnish the home of their clients’ dreams. She enjoys seeing the smiles on her clients’ faces once their project is complete. Loretta loves the Shelf Genie mission: “We transform clients’ lives by designing and implementing custom home solutions that put everything within reach.” She is proud to represent this “designed and built in the U.S.A.” product. “Even with good bones, cabinets may have limited storage. I love the challenge of designing easy access and better storage in existing cabinets so clients can see, touch and feel the items they need when they need them.” Prior to her Design career, Loretta was a Human Resources professional. She actively supports several local charities, and she received the 2020 Woman of Excellence Award from the Professional Women’s Network of Houston. In her spare time, Loretta enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and sharing her love of Artisan Wine with others through guided Wine Tastings.

Susanna is an accomplished business owner and former retail store leader with a proven track record across multiple industries. With extensive experience in sales, negotiation, leadership, customer service, and relationship building, she has consistently driven success for the organizations she has been part of. As a Creative Furniture Artisan, Susanna has an appreciation for quality wood furnishings, which has led her to discover Shelf Genie. She loves being a Designer with Shelf Genie, as it’s a wonderful collaboration with her design skills, creativity, and her keen sense of visualizing the “end product.” She enjoys designing Shelf Genie storage solutions for clients to provide ease, accessibility, and functionality in their home. Susanna is an author and speaker known for her ability to inspire and motivate, drawing on her personal journey of overcoming profound hearing loss. When not at work, Susanna is often at the horse barn teaching others and riding horses. She resides in Tomball and her motto is “Change is Beautiful.

Chuck has many years of experience in construction, remodeling, and appliance installation. He joined ShelfGenie in 2013. He loves working for ShelfGenie because he feels really helps people, and that is his passion. Chuck is a Houstonian and doesn’t mind driving across the big city to install the right solution for our clients. When asked what he loves about his career with SG, he said, “That I truly get to make a difference in the lives of our clients. I really feel like I am helping people”.

Mita began her career as a dietitian and later worked as a senior care provider, building a strong foundation in understanding clients’ needs, genuine empathy, and problem-solving. She now works with home improvement companies and serves as a ShelfGenie Designer, where she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every project. Known for her attention to detail and holistic perspective, Mita finds joy in helping clients solve everyday challenges and create experiences that bring greater peace, harmony, and ease to their lives.
