His work was meticulous. He placed a drop cloth on the floor not to soil the area. He really knew what he was doing. You should be aware that replacing shelves with sliding drawers results in a bit of a loss of height. I had to move some tall glassware to another cabinet.

    We used ShelfGenie to redo our completed outdated kitchen panty, a couple of cabinets, and most importantly, our wonderfully deep but completely inaccessible hall closet. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Alex was wonderful to work with. He spent a significant amount of consultation time with us, mapping out exactly what the shelving would look like, and also costing out each area we wanted done. He helped us decide the heights of the shelves, which shelves should have dividers, and all of the other little details which are extremely important but were over my head. He was communicative and ensured we were kept up to date on shipping and installation. Our installer was also wonderful. He completed a really big job in one day (Alex had estimated a day and a half) and helped with resetting some of our cabinet knobs which were getting in the way of opening the doors completely. Everything came out perfectly! I can now access the deepest reaches of my hall closet and my pantry all the way to the back without any issues (and without the headlamp or flashlight I needed before!). I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend ShelfGenie of Norwalk / Alex. The services / products weren't cheap, but it's high quality work that will last for many years, and it made inaccessible shelving finally useful. I've been thinking about doing this for years but had been putting it off. I'm so glad that I finally bit the bullet and spent the money.
