We have used Shelfgenie before in other locations so we’re familiar with the product. Jeff, the owner, personally came out and accessed our needs. We had a short window before we moved into a new location and he was able to meet our deadline. The installer was awesome!!! He came in and got right to work. He made suggestions regarding the height of certain products which was wonderful. Would I use them again? In a heartbeat 👍

Shelf genie of West Baltimore provided exceptional service. A total of three visits were required - one for the initial consultation and gathering initial measurements, a second to create a pattern for an unusually shaped pantry, and the third for the actual installation. Communication was outstanding throughout. We absolutely love our custom pantries!
